Top Line met my needs. Many thanks to Wayne for his efficiency, reasonable prices, and follow-through. I was offered 5 price options, presented in a readily understandable comparison grid: types of shingles, vents, warranties, etc. Every detail was spelled out, every question answered. I even went on GAF's website and studied the products Wayne planned to use. Throw out those old Whirlybirds! Cobra Ridge vents work so much better and now I know why. I was able to make informed decisions about my options. Monica is an outstanding office contact, never missed a beat with responses to phone calls, emails, questions, paperwork. Another point I want to make is that this roofing job was done in conjunction with stucco and paint work done by another company, Armor Tek. T. Chesser of Armor Tek collaborated with Wayne to make sure all the fascia, eave rafter tails, stucco repairs were done in sync. Amazing choreography. I strongly recommend both companies working in tandem if you have multiple exterior problems. Of course, we'll need a real El Nino storm to see if I'll need to use my GAF 25 year warranty!

Love these people! I am in charge of organizing all the escrow and inspections for my elderly parents and they are in the process of buying a house that is a little out of their budget. Long story short, the house cannot have any major issues that need repairing as my parents do not have the money for it. The home inspector noticed a couple of areas on the roof that needed to be looked at and I called 3 or 4 roofers and Top Line was able to get me an appointment in a short period of time. The person in the office that took my call was extremely courteous and accommodating. I felt like I had contacted the right company just based on my conversation over the phone. They even gave me a specific time, not a range like 1pm-4pm. The inspector looked at the roof and at some old water stains in the attic, checked the tar paper for moisture and gave the roof his seal of approval. He answered all of my questions and was extremely nice. This was and is a very stressful time period and they gave me some piece of mind which I am truly thankful for.Any time I need roofing work done, these are my new go to guys and gals. I can't recommend them enough.

I used Wayne and his staff to install a new roof on a house I was selling. They did such an amazing job that they were the ones I called when my home had a roof leak. Wayne came out, assessed the problem and gave me a very reasonable bid.
